Football boots.

Newark Museum has a pair of child’s football boots believed to be those of Paul Todd who opened for Nottinghamshire Cricket Club in 1980s.  They have some adult football boots as well as leather football.

The Museum of Nottingham Life at Brewhouse Yard, Nottingham holds a very wide range of sporting material.

Bassetlaw Museum has a variety of memorabilia such as a cricket ball with a silver shield engraved with “Wisden Ball used in 1st Test Match, Brisbane 1928. Presented to H Larwood in recognition of his fine scoring 6 wickets and 32 runs.” Other items include equipment, posters, membership cards and books on a variety of sport.
